How long will it take for my order to ship?
In most cases, orders processed before 2 pm EST will ship same-day with the remainder going the following postal day. Rare exceptions occur, but never is an order shipped out later than the following business day.
What payment methods are accepted?
Socratic Solutions accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, and popular peer-to-peer payment methods. We do not accept PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
Once shipped, orders sent USPS First-class should reach their destination in 3-6 days. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days. These times apply to the vast majority of packages, but please note these are USPS's estimates and not guarantees. Orders from within the greater Tampa Bay area arrive next-day. UPS shipments take 1-5 days depending on the speed selected during checkout.
Do you offer free samples?
While we are unable to offer free samples, our free shipping makes it affordable to try a small amount before going bigger. We also offer discounted sampler packs that allow you to try three different strains at a discount.
What are your capsules made out of?
Our capsules are made of high-grade beef gelatin and purified water. They are Kosher and Halal certified and free of gluten, soy, BSE/TSE, ethylene oxide, and sulfites.
